As a quadriplegic, I sometimes like to design helpful gadgets to make my life easier. I do this by drawing a 2D sketch in PowerPoint (CAD/CAM software requires too much dexterity with multiple mouse buttons) and then finding an engineer to render them in CAD/CAM. Below are some examples.
