Waterjets use water under about 60,000 psi to cut any material, including steel, up to 6" thick. All you have to do is draw a sketch in PowerPoint and email it to Diversified Metal Services, Inc. (DMSI) in Salt Like City. Their engineers will make the CAD drawings and run the machine, and then they mail you the parts! (My caregiver assembled the parts).
