The drone program began when Henry posted on the Internet that he wanted to adapt a camera drone for use by a quadriplegic. Two people answered, and they both built a working drone control system. Chad Jenkins from Brown University built a browser-controlled drone, and Bryan Galusha from Fighting Walrus built a drone controlled by an Oculus Rift virtual reality headset.
