After you have completed your Keynote Presentation, send the Keynote file to your host/ess, using a file transfer service like Dropbox. Also have them rent or borrow a telepresence robot like the Beam. On speech day, all you do is log in remotely (from your bed) and drive the robot on stage with a headtracker while your host/ess plays your Keynote file on a bigscreen. Afterwards you can answer questions live. If it sounds hard, it's not, after you figure out how. (If a 55 year old accoutant can figure it out, anyone can! )
