Explanation

Cepstral makes a text-to-voice synthesizer. All you do is type out your speech, highlight the section you want to speak, and press a key. To add it to your Keynote presentation, just create a .wav file (1 .wav file per slide) and drag 'n drop it into the Keynote. To create a .wav file from Cepstral, please contact customer service at Cepstral, who will do a much better job of explaining how than I could.
